1. Using Our Website and Agreeing to Terms
Welcome to Double Fun Boardgame. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. By continuing to use our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms
2. Order Tracking and Status
2.1 Placing an Order:
To place an order on our website, you must provide a valid email address. This email will be used for order confirmations, updates, and shipping notices. Orders must be paid in full before shipping. Orders not paid within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.
2.2 Order Statuses:
• On Hold – Your order has been received and your items are reserved.
• Processing – Your order is being prepared.
• Shipped – Your order has been packed and shipped. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
2.3 Out of Stock Items:
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will issue a refund for that item and ship the remaining order. In some cases, if restock is expected shortly, we may hold the entire order for complete shipment.
3. Pre-Order / Backorder
3.1 Placing a Pre-Order/ Backorder:
Full payment is required when placing a pre-order or backorder. Pre-orders are subject to availability and our approval.
3.2 Availability:
We strive to fulfill all pre-orders and backorders but may cancel or adjust them due to supplier or manufacturing issues. A full refund will be issued if a cancellation occurs.
3.3 Pre-order Fulfillment Timeline:
Release dates are provided by manufacturers and may be updated or revised. We are not liable for delays.
3.4 Backorder Fulfillment Timeline:
Board games available on backorder will be shipped within approximately 2 to 3 months. In the event of delays, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
3.5 Refund Policy:
Pre-orders and backorders are non-refundable once payment is made. Any changes require approval from Double Fun Boardgame.
4. Pricing, Payments & Promotions
4.1 Pricing:
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice.
4.2 Payment Methods:
We accept Bank Transfer and DuitNow QR Pay. Please provide proof of payment once completed. Orders will not ship until payment is confirmed.
4.3 Promotions & Errors:
Discounts and promotions are time-sensitive and may end without notice. Orders made before or after a promotion cannot be retroactively adjusted. Double Fun Boardgame reserves the right to cancel orders containing pricing errors and issue full refunds.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer various shipping options to deliver your order to you quickly and safely. Below are the details for shipping methods and delivery times:
5.1 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Promotion (Malaysia & Singapore)
Shipping charges for West Malaysia, East Malaysia, and Singapore are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. You’ll be able to view the shipping cost before confirming and paying.
Standard shipping rates:
West Malaysia: RM8 per shipment for orders below RM99
East Malaysia & Singapore: RM30 per shipment for orders below RM499
We offer Free Shipping for:
• West Malaysia: Orders over RM100
• East Malaysia & Singapore: Orders over RM500
If your order qualifies, the “Free Shipping” option will appear at checkout.
Note: Free shipping may not apply during sale periods or to selected products.
5.2 Self-Arranged Delivery – Convenient Pickup on Your Terms
For customers who prefer to arrange their own sell-arrange delivery, you may do so at your own cost. This option is suggested primarily for those who are located nearby. You can choose from a range of reliable on-demand delivery services for fast and efficient pickup (e.g., Lalamove, GrabExpress, Zepto, Pgeon, MrSpeedy) or any other delivery service of your choice.
To use this option, simply select “Pick Up at Double Fun” during checkout and confirm your arrangement via WhatsApp with us, including your order ID for reference. Please ensure the pickup is scheduled at your own expense, and the items are collected within the designated timeframe.
5.3 Pick Up at Double Fun
You can also pick up your order from our physical store in Seberang Perai, Penang. Kindly WhatsApp us to arrange your pick-up. Our team will ensure your order is ready for you to collect.
5.4 Delivery Times
Once your payment is cleared, we typically need 1-3 business day to pack your items. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
• West Malaysia: Typically, delivery takes 2-3 business days.
• East Malaysia: Delivery may take up to 14 business days.
• Singapore: Delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Please note: During peak periods (e.g., sales), shipments may take 1-3 business days to dispatch. If your delivery is delayed, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
5.5 Customs and Duties
International orders (outside of Malaysia and Singapore) may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees before placing an order.
5.6 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once the courier picks up your parcel.
6. Returns and Replacements
6.1 Return Policy
All products sold are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes items placed on backorder and any deposits made, which are strictly non-refundable. We also do not accept returns due to a change of mind after an order has been placed.
However, in rare cases where a return is permitted — such as when an incorrect or damaged item is received — the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition, and the return request must be made within 1 week of delivery. Returns for opened, worn, or used products will not be accepted. Please inspect your items carefully before unboxing.
6.2 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within the specified timeframe with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will guide you through the return process.
6.3 Return Approval and Fees
All returns must be pre-approved. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and a 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
6.4 Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your bank account.
7. Damaged or Defective Items – We’re Here to Help
7.1 Report Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or defective board game, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We kindly ask that you inspect the product carefully before unsealing it. Once the original seal is broken, we are unable to accept any returns. If the damage or defect is found while the product is still sealed, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as smoothly as possible.
7.2 Missing Components or Manufacturer Defects
If your sealed product has missing components or manufacturing defects (e.g., misprinted cards, missing pieces, or damaged parts inside the box), please contact us directly. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue and help coordinate with the manufacturer if needed.
8. Authenticity Guarantee
At Double Fun Boardgame, we only sell 100% original and authentic board games. Every title in our store is sourced from official distributors or publishers to ensure genuine quality. Supporting original games means better gameplay, lasting value, and recognition for the creators behind them. You can shop with full confidence knowing that every game you purchase from us is authentic.
8. Intellectual Property — Respecting Our Content
All website content, including logos, text, and images, is owned by Double Fun Boardgame or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Double Fun Boardgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site means you agree to the new terms.
