2. Non-Returnable Items
Goods Sold: All products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Backordered Items & Deposits: Items placed on backorder and any deposits made are not refundable.
Change of Mind: We are unable to accept returns if you change your mind after placing your order.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
3.1 Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a replacement provided that the issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
3.2 How to Report An Issue
To initiate a return request, please contact us within the specified timeframe by emailing hello@doublefun.com.my with your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
3.3 Replacement Processing Time
The time required to process and ship a replacement may vary depending on the manufacturer’s availability and response time. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
3.4 Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Opened or used products, or those showing signs of wear, are not eligible for return.
4. Packaging and Return Instructions
4.1 Secure Packaging
Please ensure that all returned items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We are not responsible for items that are damaged during the return shipping process.

After we receive your return request, we will confirm it via email and provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
6. Out of Stock & Refund Policy
6.1 Item Out of Stock
If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund. However, if you’d prefer to continue shopping with us, we can provide a coupon for the same amount, which can be used for future purchases.
6.2 Coupon Option
If you choose to receive a coupon instead of a refund, the coupon will be equivalent to the amount paid and can be redeemed on your next order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days.

8. Return Policy
8.1 Return Policy
All products sold are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes items placed on backorder and any deposits made, which are strictly non-refundable. We also do not accept returns due to a change of mind after an order has been placed.
However, in rare cases where a return is permitted — such as when an incorrect or damaged item is received — the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition, and the return request must be made within 1 week of delivery. Returns for opened, worn, or used products will not be accepted. Please inspect your items carefully before unboxing.

8.3 Return Approval and Fees
All returns must be pre-approved. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and a 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your bank account.
