All shipping fees are per shipment. If your order includes pre-order items, the parcel will be shipped only when all items are ready. To receive in-stock items earlier, please place a separate order for them.

We typically pack your items within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier issues.

Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Please allow up to 1 business day for tracking info to update after pickup.

3. Self-Arranged Delivery
3.1 How It Works
Select Pick Up at Double Fun at checkout and book a delivery service (e.g. Lalamove, GrabExpress, Zepto, Pgeon, MrSpeedy, etc).
3.2 Important Notes
After ordering, please WhatsApp us with your Order ID to coordinate.
Pickup is at your own cost and can be scheduled at a time that’s convenient for both sides.
